SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once your order is place it will be processed in 24-48 hours and shipping is between 3 to 5 business days. Some products may vary. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about shipping or need any help tracking your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your order for another product of equal or lesser value that will be shipped to you free of charge. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Our goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com if there are any issues or concerns.
1. Email customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know what the issue and what product or products you would like to exchange for. We will do our best the accommodate your needs. Please give us at least 24 hours to respond to any exchange request.
2. Ship your return using our return label emailed to you by support.
3. The merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow for up to a week to receive your new item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
